Advertise on Mobile Without Paying Extra

Why you should advertise on mobile

According to a survey conducted in February 2021, nearly half of respondents reported they spend, on average, 5 to 6 hours a day on their mobile phones. An additional 22% stated they spend 3-4 hours per day on their mobile phones. That is roughly 75% of respondents who say they spend at least 3 hours per day on their (mostly smart) phones – and that excludes any work-related tasks, as well.

The number of hours per day varies based on which study you look at, but the variables aside, the result in common across all these studies is that adults spend hours each day on their phones. With such a large group of people spending so much time on their mobile devices, if you’re not advertising where the people are, then you are missing out.

With people spending so much time on their phone, they are an excellent channel for you to advertise your listings. As we all know, phones travel with us everywhere, meaning your ads can reach potential clients wherever they go! Additionally, some buyers may not be used to seeing listings advertised as they’re on their mobile device. This will help you, and your listing, stand out to them.

Advertising with mobile placements also gives a prospective buyer the ability to use GPS on their device to see how far away the listing is, and if they’re close enough, may be inclined to go ahead and drive past it since they’re already nearby.
