For more than a decade, Property Panorama has been a proud partner of CJMLS, providing automated Virtual Tours and Digital Marketing tools for their members.
Until now, CJMLS members have automatically received an unbranded virtual tour utilizing the first 5 photos for every one of their active listings, completely free of charge. In order to access the full feature set of InstaView, including custom branding, flyers, social media, and the ability to display all of their listing photos, Agents would need to upgrade to one of the InstaView Subscription models.
As of March 1st, CJMLS and Property Panorama have expanded their partnership to add even more value to the free benefit that members receive. Going forward, every active CJMLS listing will receive an Unbranded Virtual Tour utilizing all of the photos from the MLS in a custom, CJMLS branded tour to help their properties stand out. On top of that, every Agent will have access to one-click social media syndication for all of their properties at no cost. With so many consumers looking to sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin, this allows Agents to easily share their listings and reach buyers where they spend the most of their time.
